Important Dates to Remember:
- 6th of each month - You should have received your water bill
- 20th of each month - Water bills are due
- 21st of each month - your water bill is late, 10% late fee added
- 3rd - anytime after this date, shut off date for previous months bill
Fees:
- New Owner of existing property: $107.50
- New Renter of existing rental property: $132.50
- Returned Check/ACH Draft Fee: $25.00
- Returned Nexcheck Payment Fee: $27.50
- Tampering Fee $100.00
