We have been notified today we are on Phase 2 Water Conservation with the City of Fort Smith.

The following is a basic summary of Phase 2:
Only water shrubs, plants, trees and gardens by hand on even numbered or odd numbered days based on your physical address number. No watering of lawns or turf areas are allowed.
You can only wash your vehicles at a commercial car wash, no hand washing vehicles at all.
No filling swimming pools or outdoor fountains is allowed at this time.
